GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Petit Poirier SAS, with a share capital of €5,000, registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number RCS 921 488 870, hereinafter referred to as “Petit Poirier SAS”; and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Petit Poirier SAS website, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
PURPOSE
These terms and conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between “Petit Poirier” and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made via the Petit Poirier online store, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
Purchasing a good or service through this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Petit Poirier. Petit Poirier reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the buyer’s order.
CHARACTERISTICS OF GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalogue published on the Petit Poirier website.
These products and services are offered within the limits of available stock. Each product is accompanied by a description detailing its characteristics. The photographs in the catalogue are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect likeness to the product delivered, especially regarding colours. Each product is presented in a box-style case, itself protected with biodegradable packaging for delivery.
PRICES
Prices listed in the catalogue are in euros, including VAT applicable on the date of the order. Any change in VAT rate may be reflected in product or service prices. Petit Poirier reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price applied will be the one displayed on the website at the time of the order. Prices do not include shipping fees.

An email is automatically sent to the Client to confirm the order, provided the address entered is correct.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Non-professional buyers have a fourteen-day withdrawal period starting from the delivery date, allowing them to return the product for exchange or refund without penalty, except return shipping fees.
Petit Poirier’s specific packaging is part of the product:
– A 10% deduction will apply if the item is returned without its intact original packaging.
– An 80% deduction will apply if it is clear that the product has been worn beyond normal testing conditions.
To exercise this right, the buyer may send Petit Poirier a handwritten letter including: name, contact details, order number, returned product(s), and whether the request concerns a refund or an exchange (including desired article and size).
The buyer may also request the withdrawal form via email and send it with the returned products.
PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required at the time of the order. Sums paid cannot be considered deposits or down payments.
The Client may pay online by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or PAYPAL.
The Client guarantees Petit Poirier SAS that they have the necessary authorisation to use the chosen payment method.
A PAYPAL 4x payment option is available; by using it, the Client accepts PayPal’s terms and conditions.
Petit Poirier SAS reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in case of non-payment, partial payment, payment disputes, fraud attempts, or suspicion of fraud.
Petit Poirier SAS may request supporting documents for verification before validating an order. Without receiving the required documents within 15 days, the order will be cancelled.
