PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
THE BRAND
PAYMENT:
Payment must be made by the Client at the time the order is placed. Under no circumstances may the sums paid be considered as deposits or down payments. The Client may pay for their order online by credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL. The Client must enter the card number shown on the front of the card, the expiry date, and the security code located on the back (the last 3 digits).
The Client guarantees to Petit Poirier SAS that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when validating their order.
The Client also has the option to pay in four instalments via PAYPAL x4. If the Client chooses to pay in several instalments, they accept PAYPAL’s general and specific terms and conditions.
Petit Poirier SAS reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, regardless of its nature or level of execution, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of any amount owed by the Client, in the event of an ongoing payment dispute, a payment incident, or in cases of fraud or attempted fraud related to the use of the website www.petit-poirier.com.
Petit Poirier SAS reserves the right to request supporting documents from the Client before validating an order. As part of an order verification process, Petit Poirier SAS may ask the Client to send a set of supporting documents by email or by post. The order will only be validated after receipt and verification of the requested documents. If the documents are not received within 15 days following the order, the order will be automatically cancelled. The Client may shop with complete peace of mind, as Petit Poirier SAS undertakes to ensure the security and confidentiality of data transmitted online, in particular banking information, through its payment partners (Stripe). The website uses an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secure payment system, which encrypts banking data during transmission over the network. The Client may verify that the connection is secure when the padlock symbol appears in their browser.
The transaction is processed via the payment partners, who alone have access to the banking information provided during payment.
The Client will receive the original invoice upon delivery of their order.
DELIVERY METHODS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE:
La Poste:
This delivery method is available for deliveries within mainland France, for talismans and the Talisman Box, at a flat rate of €3.90.
Colissimo:
This delivery method guarantees delivery of your parcel within 48 hours from the shipping date, for a fee of €6.90, in mainland France and Monaco only, via La Poste’s Colissimo service (excluding order processing and preparation time). Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday morning, excluding public holidays.
The parcel is handled by La Poste and delivered to the address provided by the Customer. If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery and the parcel size allows it, the mail carrier may leave it in the mailbox. Otherwise, a delivery notice will be left indicating where the parcel can be collected at the nearest post office for up to 15 days.
International Colissimo:
This delivery method is available for European countries and allows delivery within 3 to 8 business days, starting at €12.90 depending on the destination zone. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The parcel will be delivered against signature. In case of absence, a delivery notice with the carrier’s contact details will be left to arrange a new delivery.
Orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times
For any order placed online and confirmed on our website, order preparation takes place within 2 business days, subject to product availability. A confirmation email will be sent when the order is shipped, provided the email address entered is correct. Upon receipt of this email, delivery times are as follows:

International Colissimo: 3 to 8 business days depending on the country, excluding public holidays
Please note that delivery times do not include Sundays or public holidays.
If an order includes one or more unavailable products along with available items, Petit Poirier will ship only the available products and will cancel and refund the unavailable items. The Customer Service team will contact the client as soon as possible.
Packaging
Products are packaged in accordance with current transport standards to ensure optimal protection during delivery. Customers are asked to respect the same standards when returning products. Any damage observed upon return due to inadequate packaging may result in a partial refund or no refund if the product cannot be resold in its original condition or if the damage has worsened.
Customer responsibility upon delivery
Petit Poirier reminds customers that it is their responsibility to inspect parcels upon receipt and to notify any issues (damage, missing items, damaged products, delivery delays beyond normal service times, incorrect references, etc.) within 3 business days.
If no such notification is made, the product will be considered accepted and no claim regarding delivery will be accepted.
Delivery delays caused by the carrier
In case of a delivery delay beyond the timeframes announced by the carriers, Petit Poirier recommends that customers first check directly with the carrier to see if the parcel is pending. If necessary, customers may then contact Customer Service via WhatsApp from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (excluding public holidays), or by email at bonjour@petit-poirier.com, in order to open a claim or investigation.
Any loss must be reported within 30 business days from the indicated delivery date. Petit Poirier will then initiate the necessary claims with the relevant carrier. If the parcel is found, it will be immediately re-shipped to the customer. If the parcel is not found after the investigation, the customer may request a refund of the amount paid.
Any claim for non-delivery must be made within 30 business days from the order date.
