RETURNS AND REFUNDS

YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO METROPOLITAN FRANCE:

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the buyer can send a letter to "Petit Poirier" on plain paper, stating their name, contact information, order number, and the product(s) being returned. They must specify whether it is a return for a refund or if an exchange is desired. In the latter case, they must specify the item and size they would like in exchange. The buyer can also download the withdrawal form , print it, fill it out, and send it to "Petit Poirier".

 

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are only available via Colissimo (including shipments via Mondial Relay).
The company "Petit Poirier" recommends that the Customer return their products via Colissimo with registered mail or additional insurance covering the market value of the products, guaranteeing compensation for the products up to their actual market value in the event of damage or loss of this merchandise.
In all cases, the return is at the customer's risk. Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to retain all proof of return.
Returns. Furthermore, the company "Petit Poirier" reminds the Customer that no refund can be issued before the returned item(s) have been received and their condition verified.

We advise you to keep proof of shipment in case of a claim. If the delivery error is on our part or you have received a defective item, please contact customer service by email at contact@petit-poirier.com, specifying your order number.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

You have 14 full days from the receipt of your order to return your parcel. Our Customer Service reminds you that any item must be returned in its original condition (product tag, packaging, pouch included). Any damaged or incomplete product cannot be exchanged or refunded.

HOW TO OBTAIN A REFUND?

Petit Poirier will refund the Client no later than 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the Client’s decision to withdraw from the purchase. However, Petit Poirier may defer the refund until the products have been recovered; the applicable date will be that of the first of these events.
If an order was placed using a discount voucher, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund, prorated to the value of the items ordered.

Furthermore, Petit Poirier reminds the Client that no refund can be issued before the returned item(s) have been received and inspected to verify their condition (see the conditions listed below).

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FROM YOUR ORDER ON PETIT-POIRIER.COM?

We are unable to offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange one or more items from your order, you must first return the items concerned and then place a new order.
